HAF31 How to Focus by Multi-Tasking

In today’s episode, I want to share with you as to how you can focus on achieving your results while you are multi-tasking. Now, I know that I have talked about it in the past on how if you really want to focus, you need to stop multi-tasking. And, not only myself, but a lot of experts teach that to help you increase productivity.

What they realize though, is that, it works well for those experts. It works well for me, because one of the strengths is actually to really focus, which is why I talk about it and train people on this. But there are people out there, perhaps yourself whose personalities designed so that when they multi-task, they get a sense of accomplishment because they feel like they are doing a lot of things.
